Traditional Architectural Services

Traditionally, Architectural services are broken into several stages that take a project from conception through to completion.

Professional Fees

Typically an Architect will charge between 4 percent and 8 percent of the construction costs. This will vary with the scope of works required by your Architect, as well as the project size and complexity.

Recent research indicates that the lower trained "Building Designers" charge very comparable fees, without the same extensive and rigorous levels of training and qualification.

When it comes to your professional consultants, especially with such a significant investment, cheapest is not necessarily the best.

You will benefit from Pearce Architecture's fixed lump sum, all inclusive fee structure. Allowings you to fix this item in your project budget, rather than working on open-ended hourly rates or percentages.
